1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Returns must be requested within one day of receiving your order.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will either provide a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.
